MEETING NOTES OF 3.MEETING

BRATISLAVA/SLOVAKIA

The  3rd transnational project meeting was held on 23-24 May 2023 in Bratislava  with the participant of all project partners’ representatives. The general purpose of the meeting were mainly ;Presentation of the project results, division of work, presentation of the tasks leading to the production of the result, time schedule of implementation and the applied methodology.

The meeting began with the Greetings and Opening Speech of  Oya Kocaman (Düzce Municipality) and Ildikó Hanuliaková (SPLB) then the structures of the following topicss of the project were discussed by the presentations of the responsible partners of the tasks.

Following of the discussions of the tasks; Partnership Structure, projected works in the project (LTT Meeting, Multiplier Events), task distribution and all relevant issues were negotiated by the project partners.

At he last day of meeting Financial Management and Budget, Next steps; Dissemination of the project/Sharing, Promotion and Use of the Project’s Results and Internal Quality Management Plan and Internal Evaluation Plan were reviewed.

The meeting was finalized with the decision of the date and agenda of the following meeting.
